CAPS LOCK! Beware
by Admin User - Wednesday, 11 July 2012, 2:39 PM

  • Your password is meant to have at least one capital letter etc. Even to login you will need to use the capital in the 'default' password
  • Capital does not mean CAPS LOCK! It means use the 'Shift' key just below the 'Caps Lock' .
  • Use the Shift for each capitlised character - separately
  • Beware - if you do press caps lock - every character after that is capitalised: you will definitely fail to login
  • If you are still experiencing problems, come and see me
